Our roots go deep into all facets of HR: strategy and policies;
employee conflict resolution; benefit and incentive programs;
compliance, regulatory, and reporting issues; due diligence for
mergers and acquisitions, and—most certainly—hiring

Because of this, many of our clients
kept asking for assistance in recruitment—going so far
as to label us their recruiting partners. We responded. And,
in doing so, our clients realized we had a unique expertise—to
determine exactly what kind of person would best fit into a particular
organization; to find excellent applicants; to screen candidates
down to a few finalists; and to negotiate win-win compensation
schemes.
This led us to alter our business model and concentrate on the
one area in which we were most advantageous to our clients: recruiting
the finest employees we can. We are not an ordinary employment
agency by any stretch of the imagination. |
